Avìe honey, rooms and breakfast
In the heart of the Langhe and Roero, more precisely in the beautiful Territory of La Morra, Simone and Elisa dedicate themselves to the breeding and protection of bees, for their strategic function in the conservation of flora, biodiversity and the balance of the ecosystem.
In 2017 Simone and Elisa helped a local beekeeper and in 2018 they purchased the first 5 hives, better known as the "bee houses" as a hobby.
In 2021 they officially open a honey extraction laboratory where they begin to produce honey, pollen and other genuine products, focusing on nomadic beekeeping, moving the hives between the plains and mountains of the province of Cuneo, to allow the bees to feed themselves by ingesting the blooms and, at the same time, obtain greater variety of products.
“Agricultural life with bees” becomes so engaging that you want to share it with other people.
Renovation works will begin in 2022 to give Avìe a completely new face
Aviè expands with a Bed&Breakfast: in the two buildings adjacent to the house, the renovation and modernization works begin, creating three new rooms with panoramic views and private bathrooms, a breakfast room and a small shop where you can buy beekeeping products in KM 0, to welcome people who wish to live an experience in the Langhe in close contact with nature.
