Description
The organic Millefiori di Montagna honey from Apicoltura Avìe by Simone Coppola is produced in the mountains of the Varaita Valley: in the month of June we transport our bees to these valleys in the Cuneo area, at an altitude above 1500 metres, to have them foraged in a absolutely uncontaminated environment. Production takes place with respect for the environment and bees. Bees collect nectar from flowers on the mountains, thus creating pure and authentic honey. Subsequently, we extract the honey from the hives and package it for sale in our laboratory in La Morra, in the Langhe area. During the manufacturing process, sustainable practices are adopted to ensure the quality of the final product.
Characteristics
The organic Millefiori di Montagna honey collects within it all the spontaneous blooms of the mountain in the summer season. The flavor of this honey is sweet and delicate, with floral notes, while the aroma and scent are intense and incredibly natural.
